THIS IS A TWO-WEEK CONTRACT ROLE - MUST HAVE DIGITAL ASSET MANAGEMENT BACKGROUND

We are looking for a Junior Digital Asset Coordinator to become the primary administrator and subject matter expert for our company’s extensive creative asset library. This critical role involves the end-to-end management of our DAM system, including meticulous asset ingestion, tagging, and quality control to ensure all high-quality digital content is easily searchable and rights-compliant for every internal and external stakeholder. You will be responsible for maintaining the DAM’s structure, governance, and user training, while also working closely with the Creative, Marketing, and Product teams to coordinate project workflows and manage the timely distribution of final assets. You will track usage rights, manage active project files, and continuously look for system optimization opportunities to support efficient content operations. This position is key to ensuring our creative teams have seamless access to the content they need.

Requirements :

• Must be comfortable with this being a two-week contract role
• 1+ years with digital asset management experience
• Familiarity with creative workflows and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Proficiency with Canto
