What You Will Do

As a Deployment Engineer, you will own the technical design and deployment process—from translating customer needs into robust wired and wireless network designs to overseeing installation and network validation. You will ensure customers receive world-class internet and networking experiences.

• Design performant and resilient networks : build wired and wireless network topologies using in-house tools and industry best practices.
• Lead technical decisions : drive network design and deployment decisions through go-live and validation phases.
• Support installations : troubleshoot and optimize devices and configurations during network turn-up to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• On-site engagement : visit customer sites as needed to support installation, validation, and performance testing.
• Cross-functional collaboration : work with Project Management, Sales Engineering, and Product teams to improve deployment processes and inform product improvements.
