The Opportunity

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the full project lifecycle—from estimating to completion—on a wide range of stormwater and civil projects. This is a hands-on role with both field and office responsibilities, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment.

What We Offer

• Competitive salary with performance-based bonus potential. Base salary range : $70,000 – $80,000 annually (depending on experience). Eligible for quarterly performance bonuses tied to company profitability, with an on-target earning potential of $100,000 annually .
