About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Construction Foreman to support our field operations on high-end residential and luxury condominium projects. This is a hands-on field-based position responsible for overseeing day-to-day job site activities assisting the Subcontractors and Project Manager and ensuring work progresses smoothly and according to schedule.

The ideal candidate is reliable organized and detail-oriented someone who thrives on keeping projects running efficiently assisting with material coordination and maintaining a clean safe and productive work environment.

What Youll Do

• Be on-site daily to open and close job sites and ensure all trades are working efficiently.
• Monitor subcontractor performance to ensure work aligns with the project schedule and quality standards.
• Act as the on-site eyes and ears for the Project Manager reporting progress and issues promptly.
• Perform material runs coordinate deliveries and maintain accurate inventory of tools and materials.
• Ensure site cleanliness safety and organization at all times.
• Conduct walkthroughs to track daily progress and help identify potential delays or issues.
• Support punch list and warranty work as directed.

What Were Looking For

Compensation : $60000 $80000 annually depending on experience.

Schedule : Monday-Friday full-time (on-site 7 AM5 PM typical schedule). Saturdays 7-12 as needed
