Job descriptionExperience in Program / Product Management, with Agile delivery at scale Experience as Scrum Master and / or RTE in enterprise-level Agile environments Consulting experience desired Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; capable of managing financial and operational data Skilled in managing multiple workstreams, teams, and stakeholder groups Excellent communicator and collaborator with a practical, outcomes-driven mindset Hands-on experience with Miro, Mural, Jira, Confluence, and Agile reporting tools
Summary
We are looking for a Technology Program Manager with strong experience as a Scrum Master and Release Train Engineer (RTE) to support strategic digital transformation initiatives. This role will lead multiple Agile teams across Finance, HR, Legal, and EDNA portfolios, ensuring effective delivery of high-impact programs aligned with enterprise and digital goals.
Qualifications
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) – required
- SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) or equivalent – required
- A Bachelor or Master STEM Degree; Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field
- Preferred : PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe certifications
