Position Summary
They are seeking an experienced RN / Case Manager who thrives in the field and is ready to grow into a leadership role .
This role is ideal for a motivated nurse who wants to start with hands-on patient care and, over 1–2 years, transition to case management and team leadership responsibilities . You will work closely with the founder and small back-office team, supporting both patient care and operational oversight.
