Responsibilities : As a Subterranean Foreman, you will provide support in all phases of utility construction for various telecommunications projects. You believe in doing the job right, being the best, and are willing to face the challenge. Additionally, you will :

• Utilize your construction knowledge and skills to build, repair, and maintain projects.
• Work on utility construction sites outdoors.
• Solve problems as they arise in the field.
• Train your team in various types of tools and equipment.
• Operate backhoes, bulldozers, cable plows, air compressors, trenchers, hydraulic coil trailers, and other types of machinery.
• Manage all aspects of construction on the job site.

Qualifications : About you : Safety is part of your daily life. You have a history of completing work with a high level of quality. You have the ability to solve difficult problems and enjoy a practical approach to your work. You seek long-term projects. You enjoy getting your hands dirty with your team. You accept the challenge of training and guiding your team. You know the telecommunications construction industry, such as coaxial splicing, fiber optic splicing, directional drilling, aerial and underground construction, etc. You have a history of completing work with a high level of quality. You have the ability to solve difficult problems and enjoy a practical approach to your work. MOS codes 12H, 3E251, 3E271, and 4305 relate well to this position.
