• What you will be doing :
• Define a cohesive user-centric product vision and experience, along with product goals & metrics
• Outline the strategy / roadmap to achieve these goals, and lead its execution to completion by driving alignment across teams
• Identify & prioritize the most critical activities required for the product's success, and ensure that they are completed
• Maintain a pulse on the overall health of the workstream, representing its progress to the broader team and proactively mitigating / communicating risks as early as possible
• Develop a strong technical understanding of the stack, to proactively identify new opportunities for product application and creative ways to solve / mitigate technical challenges
• What we need to see :
• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• 15+ years of experience in a similar or related role
• Experience working in a software development environment
• Track record of leading the launch of new products or features to users
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive alignment across large organizations
• Ways to stand out from the crowd :
• Background with autonomous vehicles and / or machine learning
• Experience with data analysis tools / languages such as SQL
