Psych / LTC LPN / LVN

Behavioral Health facilityin Brenham, TX is hiring LPN / LVNs! This is a Psych / Behavioral Health facility working with patients with intellectual disabilities.

Duties : Passing meds, assessments, charting

Need : Psych LPN / LVN with minimum 1 year experience

Must have no past misdemeanors or past discipline on license

Location : Brenham, TX (outside Houston, TX)

Length of Contract : 26 weeks

Orientation : Orientation takes place on the 1st and 16th of each month. Schedule is M-F 8a-5p for the first 4 weeks then placed on set schedule with rotating weekends (40 hours a week)

Shifts : 6-2

Items Needed for Submission : Resume, online license verification, two manager references from separate facilities, BLS.

RESUME : MUST SHOW RECENT SKILLED CARE / LTC EXPERIENCE (NURSING HOME / CORRECTIONS- NO HOME HEALTH OR CLINIC- THEY DON'T LIKE TO SEE HOSPITAL EITHER) They want to see experience passing meds to 20+ patients.

Fingerprints : Must come before start date to facility for fingerprints and COVID testing
