The Data Analytics Developer is responsible for delivering end-to-end reporting and analytics solutions across the organization. This role owns the full reporting lifecycle including SQL Server data extraction and transformation, maintaining PowerBI, deployment, user enablement, and ongoing support.

The Data Analytics Developer serves as a primary support for enterprise and reporting needs as well as analytics partner to business stakeholders. The role collaborates closely with IT and business stakeholders to ensure data is accurate, available, properly modeled, and translated into actionable dashboards, analyses, and scorecards. This includes maintaining reliable campaign, CRM, and marketing automation data.

What You’ll Do :

Design, build, test, deploy, and support SQL Server queries and database objects to enable reporting and analytics.

2. Reporting, Visualization & Scorecarding

Design and implement dashboards and reports in PowerBI (ad hoc and recurring).

3. Marketing & Business Analytics Support

Provide campaign performance reporting, segmentation support, funnel analysis, and insight generation.

4. Stakeholder Partnership & Enablement

Serve as a cross-functional analytics partner to Marketing, IT, and other internal customers.

Physical Requirements :

Hours / Schedule :

Part-time, up to 15 hours per week / 52 weeks per year. Standard hours are Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 – 5 : 00 but due to cyclical nature of position, some overtime, including evening and weekend hours, will be required to complete projects under deadlines. Some local and statewide travel may be required.
