We are hiring Full-Time and Part-Time CNAs for all shifts, with immediate opportunities on PM (2nd) Shift. New CNAs are welcome to apply!

Current Shifts :

1st Shift : 6 : 15 AM - 2 : 15 PM
2nd Shift IMMEDIATE OPENINGS : 2 : 15 PM - 10 : 15 PM (+$2.00 differential)
NOC Shift : 10 : 15 PM - 6 : 15 AM (+$2.00 differential)

As a CNA at Avina, You Will :

Provide hands-on care under nurse supervision.

Assist residents with daily needs such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility.

Monitor and report changes in health or behavior.

Respond quickly and compassionately to call lights.

Support residents' dignity, comfort, and emotional well-being.

Accurately document cares provided.

Contribute to a positive and team-focused environment.

What You'll Need :

Current CNA Certification (Wisconsin, in good standing)

Reliable transportation and punctual attendance

Strong teamwork, communication, and resident-centered care skills

Compassion, attention to detail, and a true desire to help others
