Contract Negotiator

Job Role

This role will be tasked with the creation, negotiation, and execution of agreements, including but not limited to Multi-Patient Agreements, Fee-For-Service Agreements, and renewals between payors and client facilities. In addition to executing agreements, they will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for the team, providing strategic guidance, training teammates, and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.

Skills and Requirements :

• 3+ years of contract management experience as relating to payor contracts.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• 1+ year of healthcare experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to perform financial analysis.
• Stellar communication.
• Project management experience.
• Bachelor's Salesforce experience or contract lifecycle management system experience.
