Position : Maintenance Custodian

Job Status : Part Time; Monday - Friday; 4 hours daily. This position does not work weekends or holidays.

Pay Rate : $14.95 - $18.67

Duties :

• Perform minor maintenance repairs and other duties relating to maintenance & housekeeping
• Perform routine cleaning of patient rooms, office, clinical areas, waiting areas, and lobbies in a clean, neat and sanitary manner
• Provide transportation of supplies and line to and from clinics
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and systems as assigned
• Assist Maintenance Technicians
