We serve communities across multiple states through a network of integrated outpatient clinics and are always eager to engage with dedicated, mission-driven clinicians interested in future opportunities. Locations : Bridgeport, Charleston, Martinsburg, Morgantown, Wheeling.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy, personalizing your approach to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Conduct culturally responsive, strengths-based assessments to build trust and understanding from the outset.
• Create and maintain treatment plans, crisis / safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and other necessary documentation in a timely and organized manner.
• Actively participate in clinical case consultations, treatment planning, and care coordination across various disciplines.
• Collaborate with a team of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and fellow therapists to ensure holistic, integrated care.
• Contribute to a clinical culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.
