Embedded Finance And Solutions Control Manager

Control managers (1st line of defense) are responsible for partnering with Payments business leaders to identify and assess existing and emerging operational risks and design suitable solutions for mitigating risks that align with product strategy. As a Control Manager Vice President supporting Healthcare Payments in the Commercial & Investment Bank, you will spearhead initiatives to enhance governance, oversee risk management, and maintain a strong controls environment. You will serve as an advisor to business leaders, cultivate relationships with the 2nd and 3rd lines of defense, and engage in regulatory interactions. This prominent role demands exceptional communication abilities, disciplined project management, and a strategic approach to risk assessment.
