Sandy, UT | Part-time | Ground-Floor Clinical Role with Growth Potential

Overview

Oversee clinical programs and supervise occupational therapy assistants delivering OT services.

Use your teaching and clinical background to develop full-day, functional programming that gives clients opportunities to build independence across ADLs, school readiness, sensory regulation, and life skills. You’ll design individualized treatment plans, mentor OTAs, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary staff — while our operations team handles scheduling, billing, and authorizations so you can focus on clinical care.

Description

Provide evaluations, create measurable goals, implement evidence-based interventions, document progress, and supervise OTA activities. Participate in team huddles, family meetings, and transition planning.

Your Opportunity

We’re hiring an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Utah team. This is a high-impact clinical role with mentorship responsibilities and room to shape program design and clinical pathways in our clinic.

Who You Are

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Utah (DOPL) or in-process for Utah licensure.
• Entry-level master’s / OTD or equivalent and NBCOT (or eligibility / verification).
• Comfortable supervising OTAs and students; strong communicator and family-facing.
• Experience in pediatrics, school-based services, or neuro / rehab preferred.
• Reliable, organized, and committed to clinical excellence.
