Job Description Summary
Supports the Category Leadership Planning process at strategic customers and provides guidance where directed for other customers. Supports and consults with the customer teams in the development of Customer Category Business Plans.

Major Responsibilities :
- Participates in Category Leadership Planning with strategic customers
- Enables sales teams to provide category-focused counsel to customers
- Contributes to cross-functional teams within Lamb Weston and at strategic customers
- Identifies opportunities and recommended actions by conducting comprehensive analyses of category for strategic customers and account teams
- Supports new item plans from a category perspective
- Conducts periodic and annual category reviews incorporating scorecard results
- Conducts assortment, promotion analysis and other tactical analyses for specific customers
- Supports the development of sales presentations for account management teams insuring recommendations are category focused
- Engages with broker space management planning resources for specific customers
- Conducts shelving and space analyses

Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degreeExperience : 3 years of related industry experience or a related combination of education and experienceIn addition : In-depth expertise in the use and applications of a variety of technologies and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite, with particular emphasis on Excel; Syndicated data sources (IRI, Nielsen, SPINS); ability to work with raw retailer data, e.g. POS, FSP; space management software (Space Planning, Apollo, Spaceman) a plus.Other Requirements :
