As a Staff Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and scaling advanced data applications that power analytics and observability solutions. Accountabilities

• Design, implement, and maintain microservices and backend components using modern Java technologies.
• Lead the development of major features, coordinating across backend, frontend, and product teams.
• Build and maintain state-of-the-art functionality in Apache Druid and related systems.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and other engineers to deliver initiatives on time and at high quality.
• Participate in on-call rotations to address production issues and ensure system reliability.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, technical best practices, and code reviews.
• Support continuous improvement efforts, knowledge sharing, and mentoring within the engineering team.
