And we're looking for a passionate, high-energy Fitness Coach who's fired up about fitness and driven by purpose.

What you'll do:

• Lead energizing one-on-one EMS training sessions that help members level up-fast
• Perform and review InBody scans to track real progress
• Be a coach, cheerleader, and accountability partner all in one
• Adjust EMS suits and equipment like a pro (We'll train you but prior experience is highly recommended)
• Teach smart, safe movement with confidence
• Keep the studio sparkling and high-vibe
• Show up with positive energy and a "let's do this" attitude every day

What You Bring to the Table:

• Experience with EMS training (exceptions always exist but we appreciate someone who gets it)
• 3-5 years of personal training, fitness coaching, or group instruction (preferred)
• A nationally recognized Personal Trainer cert + CPR/AED (preferred)
• Killer communication skills-you know how to connect and motivate
• Integrity, reliability, and a heart that beats for helping others
• Tech confidence (you don't have to be a coder, just not afraid of gadgets)
• Energy for days and a serious love for all things wellness

Essential Physical Requirements

• Must be able to perform all essential physical aspects of the position which may include standing, sitting, running, walking, jumping, squatting, bending, and reaching. As well as pushing, pulling and lifting up to 50 lbs. at a time

Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
