Position Highlights

Location : Rome, New York

Schedule : 7 On / 7 Off | 7 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM

Setting : Community-based hospital | Non-trauma facility

Average Census : 12–15 patients per physician

Team : Collaborative hospitalist group managing 40–50 patients collectively

ICU : Open ICU with 24 / 7 intensivist support (no procedures required)

On-Call : None — enjoy true work-life balance!

EMR : Paragon

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary : $250,000 – $275,000

Starting Bonus : $15,000

Qualifications

✅ BC / BE in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

✅ Must be Board Certified within 2 years of contract start

✅ Active NY license or willingness to obtain

✅ Clean malpractice and license history

✅ ACLS, BLS, PALS, and DEA required

✅ Comfortable managing patients in an open ICU with intensivist support
