Brownfield Redevelopment Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Brownfield redevelopment projects from initial site assessments to remediation, design, construction, and community redevelopment. In this role, you will work directly with clients, municipalities, and stakeholders to deliver projects that meet regulatory compliance, sustainability goals, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of Brownfield redevelopment projects , including Phase I & II site assessments, remediation, design, and construction.
• Advise clients and municipalities on redevelopment incentives and funding opportunities .
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations (EPA, CERCLA, and state Brownfield programs).
• Collaborate with developers, local governments, community organizations, and environmental consultants.
• Prepare proposals, develop project budgets, track costs, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget .
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues proactively.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams (engineers, scientists, planners, and contractors).
• Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project.
• Mentor junior staff and foster long-term client relationships.
• Support business development activities by identifying additional project scope and revenue opportunities.
