Growth Marketing Subscription Acquisition Manager
Location : Hybrid in Culver City, CA
Schedule : 40 hours
Duration : 12 Months with potential to extend
Pay : $77-$79.85 / hr, DOE
The Planet Group is looking for a Growth Marketing Subscription Acquisition Manager to join our well-known Fortune 500 client on a 12-month contract, working a hybrid schedule in Culver City, CA.
Growth Marketing Subscription Acquisition Manager Qualifications :
- BA / BS required
- 5 years of demonstrated work experience at an agency, a media / entertainment brand or a technology company doing subscription growth-related marketing
- At least 5 years' experience of building out unique acquisition and testing strategies geared at optimizing conversion, subscription, and revenue, both on- and off platform
- Thrives in a quick moving environment and has a knack for identifying ways to support and help people get things done more efficiently
- Strong understanding of subscription and / or recurring revenue models for entertainment or sports-related businesses
- Possess strong understanding of A / B testing and data-driven optimization marketing
- Analytical problem solver with a track record of success in developing and optimizing marketing strategies and programs that drive customer acquisition
- Meticulous and comfortable with heavy operations-focused and documentation-dependent workstreams
- Experience working on complex, large-scale, time-critical projects
- Strategic approach and the ability to collaborate to drive cross-functional execution of effective marketing programs
- Sound judgment, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle a variety of matters at once in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible in nature, and can maintain both a sense of humility and of humor
