What you will do :

• Drive the development and execution of IT strategies that align with business objectives, while advising leadership on emerging technologies to support digital transformation.
• Manage daily IT operations to maintain system performance, security, and consistent service delivery through robust policies and procedures.
• Oversee IT projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet deadlines, stay within budget, mitigate risks, and involve seamless collaboration across teams.
• Foster high-performing teams, build strong stakeholder relationships, and leverage data-driven insights to continuously enhance IT performance and outcomes.
