Polymer Plant Process Engineer 2
Location : Blair, Nebraska (Plant-Based) Reports to : Director of Plant Operations
We're looking for an experienced Process Engineer who's ready to take ownership, drive improvements, and be a steady, positive force on the plant floor.

What You'll Do
- Serve as a hands-on technical leader in our polymer operations - troubleshooting issues, identifying root causes, and delivering practical solutions.
- Lead and support process improvements focused on yield, cost, and quality. You'll dig into data, collaborate with operations, and implement real change.
- Provide technical coaching and leadership to the team - sharing knowledge, elevating operating discipline, and helping others succeed.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure safe, stable, and reliable operations.
What You Bring
A degree in chemical or mechanical engineeringAt least 5 years of experience in process design or operations - preferably in polymers, chemicals, or similar manufacturing environmentsStrong technical depth and a bias for actionA calm, collaborative approach - able to work with operations, maintenance, and leadership effectivelyThe ability to focus on what matters, communicate clearly, and follow throughWhy This Role Might Be Right for You
