Key Responsibilities

• Specialized Evaluations : Conduct thorough assessments of speech and language needs in children with ASD, adaptable to outpatient and school-based environments.
• Tailored Treatment Plans : Develop individualized plans and / or IEPs, focusing on client-specific needs.
• Direct Therapy Delivery : Provide impactful speech and language therapy to ASD clients.
• Collaborative Approach : Engage with our multi-disciplinary team to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
• Educational Involvement : Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and clinical team discussions.
• Training Role : Educate RBTs and Behavior Guides on speech and language development, offering client-specific guidance.
