ICU RN – Ocala, FL Employment Type : Full-Time, Permanent Schedule : Days or Nights (Rotating Weekends) Compensation : $30.60 – $45.90 / hour (based on experience) ~5 years : $34.50 / hour ~8 years (midpoint) : $38.25 / hour ~17+ years : $45.90 / hour Shift Differentials : +$4.25 / hour Nights | +$3.00 / hour Weekends Sign-On Bonus : $10,000 (Days) | $15,000 (Nights) Relocation Assistance : Case by case Overview We are seeking a dedicated ICU RN to join our critical care team at a Level I Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center in Ocala, FL.

Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients requiring complex monitoring and interventions.
Perform assessments, develop care plans, and respond to rapidly changing patient conditions.
Administer medications, manage drips, and operate advanced monitoring equipment.
Collaborate with physicians and allied health professionals to deliver safe, effective outcomes.
Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and recovery expectations.
Support quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
Qualifications Required Active RN license in Florida or Compact state (Compact license holders must obtain FL license within 60 days of relocation).
At least 1 year of recent acute care RN experience (within the last 3 years); higher acuity than Med-Surg preferred, but strong Med-Surg candidates considered.
ADN or Diploma in Nursing.
BLS and ACLS certifications (within 30 days of hire).
Preferred Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) or CCRN (Critical Care Registered Nurse – Adult) within 1 year of hire.
BSN degree.
Prior ICU or MICU experience in a high-acuity setting.
