Senior Security Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior Hybrid Identity and Security Engineer to join their enterprise IT team.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage hybrid identity solutions, ensuring secure integration between on-premises Active Directory and cloud services

Administer Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) policies within Microsoft Purview and manage Conditional Access policies in Entra ID

Conduct security assessments, implement Zero Trust models, and monitor hybrid identity solutions using security tools

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (Master's preferred)

7+ years of experience in IT security, with at least 4 years focused on Entra ID in hybrid environments

Deep knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Azure AD Connect, and security tools

Microsoft Certified : Security Engineer Associate or equivalent, and Microsoft Certified : Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300)

Strong understanding of IAM, Zero Trust, and threat modeling
