Pay Information

Base pay range : $90,000.00 / yr – $120,000.00 / yr.

Position Overview

The Civil Engineer – Project Manager will oversee and manage civil engineering projects, ensuring successful execution within scope, schedule, and budget.

Duties / Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee civil engineering projects, from planning to design and construction.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met.
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technical staff.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and engineering standards.
• Prepare and review engineering reports, calculations, and construction documents.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and progress meetings as needed.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
• Support business development efforts by assisting with proposals, client presentations, and relationship-building.
