The BIM Manager is responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting all technical aspects of the company’s BIM ecosystem, including Revit content, templates, and standards. This role ensures consistent, efficient, and high-quality model production across all design and construction teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, maintain, and update company-wide BIM standards, templates, and Revit families.
- Manage model setup, workflows, and file structures to ensure consistency across projects.
- Provide technical support and training for design and construction teams using BIM tools.
- Implement quality control processes for model accuracy, performance, and compliance.
- Research, test, and deploy new BIM technologies, plugins, and automation tools.
- Coordinate with IT and project teams to manage software versions, licensing, and integrations.
- Support project startup by preparing templates, shared parameters, and model guidelines.
Qualifications :
Expertise in Autodesk Revit and related BIM tools.Strong understanding of model management, content creation, and system families.5+ years of BIM production or management experience in architecture or construction.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.Familiarity with design-build workflows and multidisciplinary collaboration.
