The salary for this position reflects a range of factors, including skills, experience, and certifications. We believe in fair compensation practices, and our range estimate is $77,350 to $113,500 annually.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION :

As a Senior Estimation Specialist, your main responsibility will be to prepare precise estimates for fabricated metal components and assemblies. You will collect information, analyze key metrics, and conduct risk assessments to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Your strong understanding of manufacturing processes and ERP systems will be vital in this role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Utilize the ERP quoting system effectively.
• Comprehend part / project requirements thoroughly.
• Identify and analyze key variables that influence cost estimates.
• Conduct thorough research on labor costs, material prices, and production timelines.
• Review subcontractor / vendor offers and quotes.
• Perform rigorous risk analysis.
• Prepare and submit detailed estimate reports or bids to project managers and clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with key vendors.
• Assist in training new personnel.
• Display proficiency in mathematics and blueprint interpretation.
• Utilize MS Office Suite and relevant software proficiently.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Resolve issues with strong problem-solving skills.
• Understand AWS and ASME Welding Codes.
• Estimate sheet metal components and weldments effectively.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
