As a member of the SeatGeekIQ Operations team, you'll be a trusted thought partner - making an impact by supporting the organization with sound operational & financial decision making. You'll play a critical role in the execution of SeatGeekIQ's pricing services. You will work closely with the trading and quantitative research team to manage and maintain portfolios. The ideal candidate is a self-starter and a problem solver, looking to merge their passion for live events and entertainment with their financial acumen in order to make a big impact for SeatGeek partners and clients. You must have a love of sports and music and have the ability to adapt in a flowing team environment. In addition to possessing the financial mind needed to execute on the day-to-day, you will need to demonstrate a creative approach in the development of proprietary tools.
What You'll Do
- Independently execute daily management (ingesting new inventory, monitoring existing positions, and coordinating execution) of portfolios on both Primary and Secondary markets
- Manage upstream issues surfaced by CX / BX with respect to SeatGeekIQ managed tickets (Buyback / Fraud / Direct Inventory / etc.) including maintaining, guiding, and setting expectations with CX regarding ticket transfer policies and communicating with rev ops on refund processing
- Deal on a daily basis with downstream issues surfaced by BX / DTI / Uploader with resold inventory such as upgrade orders, broken or unfulfilled orders, or other errors
- Maintain our set of 30+ accounts that we sell inventory out of and accept inventory to. This includes setup on uploader, transfer within accounts, resolving ticket type issues, and creation of any new accounts
- Follow the Flex / Buyback process by manually tracking all tickets that are not managed or partially managed by the team through our SAPIENT tool including ticket confirmation, relisting, and inputting sales
- Execute SeatGeekIQ processes related to our business, finance, and inventory workflows
- Work with internal stakeholders to improve daily operations processes
- Collaborate with other internal teams and external vendors to resolve any portfolio discrepancies
- Ensure healthy and efficient SeatGeekIQ operations and supporting SeatGeekIQ's performance against core KPIs
- In the long term - improve existing processes and scale the number of tickets the Ops team can manage as well as manage a team of Ops members and make key decisions with financial impact to the portfolios
What You Have

Actual compensation packages within that range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
