As Director of Global Sales, you will be responsible for executing the company’s national sales strategy and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue and market share growth. Reporting to the Vice President of Global Franchise Sales and Development, you will translate strategic direction into operational plans, ensure quota achievement, and support the professional development of your team. This role requires a hands-on leader who is skilled at coaching, performance management, and driving consistent results.

Hire Range / Rate : $110,000 - $140,000
Actual compensation offered to candidate will be finalized at offer and may be above or below the posted range due to skill level, experience, industry specific knowledge, education / certifications, or geographic location. The offer rate represents one component of the RE / MAX, LLC total compensation package. Employees will also receive a number of benefits as listed below. Other compensation for this position may include bonus eligibility.
