About the Role

In this role, you will have the opportunity to define and champion a comprehensive data strategy that seamlessly aligns with our growth ambitions and brand values. You will lead initiatives aimed at unlocking profound consumer and business insights, enhancing forecasting accuracy, driving personalization, and improving segmentation.

Your leadership will play a key role in ensuring data quality, reliability, and compliance while collaborating with senior leaders, IT, and data engineering teams. We are looking for someone who can influence without authority and drive change through meaningful partnerships.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 10 years of experience in data strategy, analytics, or business intelligence, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role. A strong background in consumer insights, data governance, and enterprise data architecture is essential, ideally within consumer-facing and transaction-driven businesses. You should have a solid understanding of privacy regulations, the ability to mentor high-performing teams, and a proven track record of influencing and driving organizational change. Familiarity with various data and technology tools, along with commercial acumen to quantify ROI, will be highly valued. Professional certifications and experience in data management are a plus.
