Sales and Project Estimator – Part-Time - Flexible Hours

We are looking for energetic and engaging people to join our sales team. The task is simple: your day will be spent speaking to potential new customers. You will need to be comfortable walking into retail shops, restaurants, and offices to pitch our window cleaning services.
Clean windows make a positive first impression. Since most businesses don’t want to spend their time cleaning windows, they are generally happy to hear about Fish Window Cleaning and our services.
About Our Business
Fish Window Cleaning is the world's largest window cleaning company, with more than 250 local operations in the United States. Even with such a large operation, the family-friendly atmosphere has remained a focal point of the company since its founding. For over fifty years, Fish Window Cleaning has been dedicated to being a considerate and respectable neighbor in the communities where we work and live. Fish has partnered with nonprofit organizations across the U.S. to help provide services to communities in need, including various Veteran and Breast Cancer Awareness organizations.
Our location has served North Raleigh and Wake Forest since 2009, and we currently have over 500 clients in the area. We strive to maintain a friendly and relaxed atmosphere–long hours and weekends not required!
Position Overview
● Acquire new customers to grow our commercial service by meeting with local businesses.
● Meet with prospective commercial customers to determine their window cleaning needs and provide them with free estimates.
● Make follow-up phone calls to businesses that receive estimates.
● Part-time and full-time positions are available.
● Work schedule: FLEXIBLE, Monday to Friday. Although not required, can work Saturdays.
Compensation: $11-$16 per hour to start, plus sales commission.

Other Considerations
● Health insurance benefits are not offered.
● Sales associates will be expected to drive their cars. There may be some days when a company vehicle is available.
Job Requirements
● Outgoing, friendly personality.
● Good communication and organization skills.
● Ability to calculate and prepare job estimates on site.
● A reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
● Ability to be on your feet for a few hours at a time.
