Overview
Join Winpak as a Sales Coordinator Assistant and support the Customer Service team in Senoia, GA . In this role you will maintain order accuracy, manage records, and facilitate communication between customers, sales staff, and production.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit customer orders for accuracy by verifying purchase orders and item specifications.
- Enter and process customer orders within 24 hours.
- Maintain and file completed order documentation electronically and physically.
- Prepare and review Open Order and Customer ASP reports as required.
- Respond promptly to customer and sales staff inquiries via phone and email.
- Monitor and update order status, coordinating with Sales on credit holds and order issues.
- Support shipping log entries using reports from Production Control.
- Assist with complaint reporting and ARG processing as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date inventory of stock on-hand and generate reports for Sales staff and customers as needed.
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in an administrative position that required a high attention to detail.1+ years of proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).1+ years of experience with data entry.Preferred Qualifications
1+ years providing support to customer service professionals.Additional Details
