Job Summary

Join us as a Direct Brand Ambassador (DBA) and take charge of building strategic partnerships with key retail partners. You'll focus on direct sales to smoke shops, vape shops, wellness stores, and convenience stores, securing placements that generate ongoing revenue through repeat orders and volume incentives. This role empowers you to leverage your sales expertise in a flexible, high-reward environment, where your efforts directly fuel your income and professional advancement. With IE Brands' strong product lineup and retailer demand, you'll have the tools to deliver results and grow a sustainable territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective retail accounts in smoke shops, vape shops, wellness stores, and convenience stores within your territory
  • Conduct product demonstrations, negotiate placements, and close deals to drive initial orders and long-term stocking commitments
  • Nurture relationships with store owners and buyers to foster recurring business, including automated reorders and promotional upsells
  • Utilize provided CRM tools and sales collateral to track leads, manage pipelines, and report on territory performance
  • Collaborate with the IE Brands sales team for training, market insights, and co-branded events to amplify your reach
  • Stay informed on industry trends in wellness and convenience retail to position IE Brands products as must-have additions

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in consumer goods, retail distribution, or CPG (2+ years preferred)
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a consultative selling approach that resonates with independent retailers
  • Comfortable with fieldwork, including in-store visits, local travel, and occasional trade shows (valid driver's license required)
  • Proficiency in sales software (e.g., Salesforce or similar) and mobile apps for on-the-go productivity
  • Professional demeanor, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset to thrive in a performance-driven role
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus; must be 21+ with a clean background
