Household & Lifestyle Management
Coordinate household
Manage schedules and communication between housekeepers, chefs, nannies, drivers, landscapers, etc.
Property
Oversee maintenance, repairs, renovations, and contractors across multiple residences.
Inventory and
Keep track of valuables, wardrobes, wine collections, art, and household supplies.
Scheduling & Logistics
Calendar
Handle family and children’s schedules, social events, travel, medical appointments, etc.
Travel
Book flights, arrange private travel, accommodations, and itineraries — often across multiple time zones.
Event
Plan dinners, parties, fundraisers, or vacations — including managing guest lists and vendors.
Administrative & Financial Support
Personal
Shopping, gifting, deliveries, appointments, and reminders.
Bill payment & expense
Work with accountants or family offices to reconcile receipts and manage budgets.
Document
Handle confidential paperwork, insurance renewals, passport updates, etc.
Liaison & Communication
Manage communication between the family and external contacts (e.g., attorneys, business partners, school administrators).
Discretion &
Handle sensitive information with complete privacy.
Sometimes act on the family’s behalf when interacting with service providers or VIP contacts.
