Responsibilities :
Supervise onsite subcontractors to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
Foster strong relationships between customers and subcontractors.
Administer quality assurance and quality control programs throughout project execution.
Support project managers and operations & maintenance (O&M) teams in project closeout activities.
Manage and oversee large-scale utility solar projects from inception to completion.
Collaborate with project managers and schedulers to maintain and update project schedules.
Coordinate subcontractors and vendors, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications.
Track project budget, schedules, change orders, and purchase orders.
Assist in project cost forecasting and financial tracking.
Regularly interface with clients to ensure compliance with project requirements and provide timely reporting.
Organize and conduct pre-construction meetings with trades, coordinate subcontractor activities, and manage permit inspections.
Monitor construction progress, productivity, and generate comprehensive progress reports.
Aid project engineers in handling requests for information (RFIs) and submittals.
Collaborate with the engineering team to devise solutions for field-related issues.
