Experienced Trial Attorney Manager

We’re seeking a highly experienced

• Trial Attorney Manager
• to lead a team of litigators and drive successful outcomes for clients across the state. This is a rare leadership opportunity for a results-oriented attorney looking to make a significant impact at a top-tier firm using innovative legal tech and proven strategies.
• Key Responsibilities :
• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of trial attorneys for trial readiness, motion practice, quality depositions, mediations, and attorney retention
• Oversee litigation strategy and ensure case quality across team portfolios
• Knowledge and skill to enforce Firm policies and procedures
• Collaborate with executive leadership to drive operational success and client satisfaction
• Requirements :
• Proven experience managing litigation teams and attorneys
• Demonstrated leadership and strategic thinking in high-volume environments
• Proven litigation experience
• Has tried cases to verdict
• Able to provide list of cases tried to verdict
• Able to manage attorney for trial readiness, motion practice, quality depositions, mediations, and attorney retention
