Outsource is currently looking for a Plumbing Estimator with a solid commercial background. We have a great opportunity in Riverside. Our client is looking to bring someone on immediately.

Plumbing Estimator Responsibilities :

Read and interpret plumbing blueprints.

Create estimates for time, materials and labor for each new project.

Provide RFI's and other bid documents.

Work with clients, vendors and employees.

Schedule estimates.

Create proposals reflecting take offs and submit to customer.

Inspect completed projects to ensure client satisfaction.

Plumbing Estimator Qualifications :

Experience in biding commercial jobs restaurants, grocery stores and TI’s.

Experience using Procore and bidding software.

Ability to meet with clients on site and off to discuss project needs.

Must have experience in word, Excel and have strong communication skills.

Ability to attend site walks and work professionally with customers.

Strong math and reasoning skills including fractions, percentages, ratios.

Ability to stay on top of the latest industry trends.
