Compensation : Hourly rate on match days / Set-Up & Break Down of Field

Duration : Spring 2026 (January - May)

Class Credit : REQUIRED

Position Overview :

Carolina Core FC is an independent MLS Next Pro club based in High Point, NC. Our Corporate Partnerships Business Admin & Finance Intern will assist with managing all partnership initiatives. In the best interest of personal and professional growth, interns will learn how to establish and maintain corporate relationships, use asset tracking software systems such as Trak, communicate with all partners regarding invoice payments, and collaborate with our internal business administration initiatives. Additional responsibilities may include events within 40 miles of CCFC Headquarters.

Job Duties :

• Assist in the management of CCFC's partnership assets
• Assist the sponsorship department during promotions and events
• Track and record invoices throughout all partnership initiatives
• Assist with sponsorship gameday activations
• Support relationship between Carolina Core FC and partner
• Managing Accounts Receivable for Corporate Partnerships & Ticketing
• Building reports and managing related projects
• Special projects including (but not limited to) communication of new market approaches, programs, new assets, etc.
• Research and gain knowledge on industry trends
• Generate co-branded giveaway ideas for partners
• Assist in CCFC's communication strategy for sponsorship payments
• Other duties as assigned
