Senior Recruiter
At Stride, we're seeking a versatile dynamic Senior Recruiter. As trusted technology partners to innovative companies from startups to Fortune 500s, we are seeking a talented professional to lead our talent acquisition initiatives and impact our employee experience. This role will focus on technical recruiting, with the opportunity to recruit key GTM and operations roles as well. You'll have the opportunity to shape our hiring strategies, improve our recruiting processes and contribute to building a compelling employer brand that attracts top talent
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition (80%)
- Own, operate and optimize the full-cycle recruiting and hiring processes : including sourcing, screening, scheduling, pipeline management, candidate communication, and final decision / offer coordination.
- Craft job descriptions and the design of interview processes in partnership with hiring managers and other internal stakeholders.
- Source, build and manage a diverse pipeline of active and passive candidates, acting as a talent hunter.
- Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all candidates maintaining Stride's outstanding reputation.
- Take a data-driven approach to improve the recruiting process, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions.
- Capture and promote Strider success stories that illustrate our culture and values in collaboration with other Striders.
- Identify and implement new channels and methods for building talent communities across markets.
- Work directly with executive leadership across all aspects of the role including reporting outcomes and activity metrics.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
Secondary Responsibilities : HR Operations (20%)
Manage onboarding, offboarding, exit interviews, and other employee lifecycle processes (including but not limited to, accommodations, LOAs, and client-specific background checks).Contribute to employee experience initiatives including culture club events and in-person gatherings.What We're Looking For :
5-8 years experience in full-cycle tech recruitingAbility to work independentlyStrong track record of building relationships and delivering exceptional experiencesData-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and ROI analysisExcellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organizationStrong attention to detail and data analysis skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalPlus :Proficiency in HRIS, ATS, and HR analytics toolsExperience with Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, Lattice, Docusign, Checkr, Google WorkspaceUnderstanding of technical concepts and industry trendsCompensation :
The annual base salary for this role ranges between $105,000-$120,000The wage range for this role considers the factors considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; and other business and organizational needsThis position reports to the CEO
