Your Role :
Provide trauma-informed therapy to children, adolescents, and families , both in-person and via telehealth .Manage a steady caseload of approximately 25 clients .Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team committed to best practices and ongoing professional development.This is more than just a job — it’s an opportunity to grow as a clinician, make a meaningful difference, and be part of something bigger.

This is a part-time, non-salaried, fee-for-service position with the potential opportunity to work as many hours as preferred, with a minimum of 25 hours weekly.

Compensation :
$42 hourly
Responsibilities :
Provide therapy services to children, adolescents, and adults residing in the Branford areaEnsure the delivery of high-quality evidence-based treatmentEngage in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance therapeutic skillsAssess and monitor the client’s progress throughout neurofeedback sessionsAttend and participate in weekly Neurofeedback Clinical RoundsCollaborate with an EMDRIA Certified Consultant for professional consultationsProvide evidence-based therapy and interventions with appropriate trainingDemonstrate exceptional organizational and time management skillsBe attentive and responsive to both patient and team needsComplete assigned tasks and paperwork accurately and in a timely mannerMaintain compliance with licensure requirements, including obtaining CEUsDisplay eagerness for professional growth and expanding knowledgeMaintain autonomy within the clinical setting with support from the practiceFoster open communication and collaboration within the teamAdaptability to meet the evolving needs of patients and the teamQualifications :
