HiFyve is hiring a Press Set-Up Operator (Punch or Brake) in St. Louis, MO!
Pay : $19.29 – $23.23 / hour (depending on experience)
Shift : 1st shift (7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM, Monday–Friday) or 2nd shift (3 : 30 PM – 12 : 00 AM, Monday–Friday)
Location : St. Louis, MO

Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain stamping press machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications
- Set up and adjust machine controls for each job (speed, pressure, feed rates)
- Monitor production process and make necessary adjustments to ensure efficiency and minimize downtime
- Inspect finished products for quality using visual checks and measuring tools
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance tasks
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical documents
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
