We currently have an opening for 1st and 2nd Shift Test Technicians in our Clarksburg, MD Campus. Test Technicians will report to the Manager of Manufacturing. First shift hours are 5 : 00 am-2 : 30 pm. Second shift hours are 2 : 30 pm to 12 : 00 am. Second shift candidates must be able to train on first shift for 2-4 weeks.

The hourly pay range for this role is $22.15 - $28.30 USD along with a target incentive compensation plan (ICP) of 3% . Once training on 1st shift is successfully completed, the employee will transition to 2nd shift and become eligible for an additional $1.50 per hour shift differential. The pay range provided is a good faith estimate representative of the experience level for the role described above. TDSI considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.
