The Role :

As the Founding Head of Engineering, you’ll scale systems, ship fast, and build a team that moves with precision and speed. You’ll work closely with founders, product, and design to drive execution, make key architecture decisions, and lead a team of top‑tier engineers. You’ll stay hands‑on, unblock work, and help shape a high‑velocity engineering culture.

Requirements :

Experience building and scaling consumer‑facing products

Strong technical depth; comfortable diving into code and architecture

Proven leadership at a high‑growth startup (0→1 or 1→100)

Sharp product instincts and a bias for speed

Based in San Francisco or open to relocating; thrives in‑person

The Benefits :
