We pride ourselves on supporting salons, stylists, and beauty professionals with top-tier products, expert knowledge, and unmatched service.

About the Role :

We are currently seeking a motivated and professional Outside Sales Salon Consultant to maintain and grow an established territory in all counties of New Jersey . This role involves daily travel throughout the area and weekly meetings at our corporate office in Linden, NJ .

You’ll be responsible for building lasting relationships with salon professionals, promoting our exclusive product lines, and driving sales growth in your territory.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and grow a loyal salon and stylist customer base
  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities
  • Present and promote our exclusive product lines to salons and beauty professionals
  • Maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups and in-salon education
  • Submit daily routing / activity sheets
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals
  • Attend mandatory weekly Monday sales meetings at corporate headquarters in Linden, NJ
  • Represent PierMarco with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times

What We’re Looking For :

  • Previous sales experience (preferably in the beauty or salon industry) is a plus
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable daily transportation
  • Bilingual a plus, but not required
  • Training will be provided
