Paid company holidays. Job Description As a hygiene expert at Meritech, you will :
Design, prototype, test, and troubleshoot embedded electronics including hardware and firmware. Use laboratory equipment such as power supplies, electronic loads, and data acquisition systems. Create test plans for electronic components and assemblies. Apply a manufacturing mindset to designs to ensure efficient production. Provide manufacturing engineering information by answering questions and requests.Collaborate with engineering team on various existing and new product design projects.Job Requirements We’re looking for someone who is :
Knowledgeable in electrical engineering (possessing a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, plus 0-2 years of experience in a similar role) .Understanding of embedded systems, PCBA manufacturing, and power electronics. Familiarity with schematic capture, PCBA layout software, and circuit simulation tools. Working knowledge of C&C++ programming. Experience with integration of mechanical systems (mechatronics) Comfortable using tools for testing and prototype fabrication. Detail-oriented and consistent.A team player and able to effectively operate in group environment. Self-motivated and able to work independently.Problem solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Goal-oriented and able to manage time and meet specific deadlines.Able to work with hand tools, including drills, saws, and grinders on occasion. Able to regularly perform the following physical requirements, with or without accommodations :
Frequently : Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to evaluate, test, and modify equipment with or without hand tools as needed.
