What You Will Do :

Join us as a Sr. Test and Validation Engineer in Manufacturing Design, where you'll drive technical test support from development through production. Leverage your expertise to shape manufacturing test strategies, boost product producibility, and influence key program decisions for successful new product introductions.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Serving as the manufacturing test authority within the program
• Applying test engineering skillsets across the extended value stream to optimize and mature the manufacturing test strategy
• Improving the testability of products through collaboration with a multi-disciplined team, identifying and resolving test constraints across the program
• Providing technical input and peer review to test equipment designs and design changes
• Leading and coordinating projects, efforts and improvements across the extended value streams
• Developing influential relationships with internal customers

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education / training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
