Job descriptionOversee shift operations to keep service smooth and efficient. Assist the GM with P&L controls, inventory, and cost management. Enforce company policies, procedures, and food‑safety standards. Help recruit, train, and motivate a high‑energy crew. Foster a fun, performance‑driven work environment. Lead by example to reinforce consistency, accountability, and excellence. Ensure every guest receives outstanding service. Execute sales‑building initiatives and local‑store marketing. Identify process improvements that streamline operations and boost profitability. Minimum 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a restaurant or hospitality. Proven ability to lead in a fast‑paced, high‑volume setting. Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. A genuine passion for team development, operational excellence, and guest service.
