Job Overview

Gecko Hospitality is seeking a driven, hands‑on Assistant Manager to help steer the people and day‑to‑day operations of a busy quick‑service restaurant in Fort Worth, TX. In this role, you’ll partner with the General Manager to cultivate a winning culture, coach a high‑performing team, and maintain the stellar guest experience our brand is known for. Key Responsibilities

Operational Support

Oversee shift operations to keep service smooth and efficient.

Assist the GM with P&L controls, inventory, and cost management.

Enforce company policies, procedures, and food‑safety standards.

Team Leadership & Development

Help recruit, train, and motivate a high‑energy crew.

Foster a fun, performance‑driven work environment.

Lead by example to reinforce consistency, accountability, and excellence.

Guest Experience & Sales Growth

Ensure every guest receives outstanding service.

Execute sales‑building initiatives and local‑store marketing.

Identify process improvements that streamline operations and boost profitability.

What You Bring to the Table

Minimum 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a restaurant or hospitality.

Proven ability to lead in a fast‑paced, high‑volume setting.

Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
